FM-CLEAN is meant for a quick , easy to use for belts, irons, and flat presses. It effectively removes adhesive residue from the operating surfaces of interlining fusing machines and irons. It preserves surfaces and reduces further sticking of adhesives to Teflon-coated belts and plates. It contains highly-viscous release agent and is non- flammable under fusing conditions (flash point around 245°C ).

Removes Resin Contamination, Lubricates Fusing Surfaces, Extends Belt Life, Eliminates “Stick Up”, Safe to use and Protects Cloth From Damage.

Area of Application

Shake the can well before use. Spray from a distance of 8 to 10 inches from the surface. Allow at least 2 minutes for the solution to loosen the residue, then use a soft cloth to remove the residue.

Belt Dresser is used for cleaning and protecting transmission drives made of rubber, leather or synthetic material. When sprayed on the surface it prevents slippage, extends belt life and increases power transmission, it does not glaze the surface but develops friction and enhances grip. ANTI-SPATTER spray is formulated with high temperature synthetic release agents, reducing clean up time to a fraction. Anti-Spatter imparts a heavy film of high temperature resistant release agent. Spatter is easily removed on treated areas. It does not contain any silicone and will not interfere with paint. This product does not contain any chlorinated solvents.

Silicone free Mould Release Spray is designed to give fast, efficient and clean release with faithful reproduction of the mould profile however complex the mould or minute the detail. Suitable for use on all plastic and rubber mould tools including injection, compression and blow mouldings. Silicone Free Mould Release Spray penetrates and spreads to all parts of the most intricate moulds to give full, clean release whilst the dry film will not affect profiles or interfere with precision fits. Applied film has excellent adhesion, is non-staining, will not transfer to product and can be safely used without fear of blemish or any adverse effect on subsequent finishing operations.
