FM-CLEAN is meant for a quick , easy to use for belts, irons, and flat presses. It effectively removes adhesive residue from the operating surfaces of interlining fusing machines and irons. It preserves surfaces and reduces further sticking of adhesives to Teflon-coated belts and plates. It contains highly-viscous release agent and is non- flammable under fusing conditions (flash point around 245°C ).

Area of Application

Shake the can well before use. Spray from a distance of 8 to 10 inches from the surface. Allow at least 2 minutes for the solution to loosen the residue, then use a soft cloth to remove the residue.

Rust preventive oil is used on ferrous and non-ferrous metal for protecting it from corrosion, which has good adherence to the metal surface, good water repellency and can be easily removed by a degreaser for further treatment or coating.

Directions for Use

Component to be protected can be dipped or the oil can be sprayed by using an air spray gun. Ensure that the component is thoroughly coated.

Graphite grease is formulated from mineral oil graphite and additives. It has good anti-wear properties and anti scuffling properties. It also shows good electrical conductivity in metal-to-metal joints.

Water Repellant Grease is a high quality grease based on high-refined low viscous sets-synthetic basic-oils permitting a high load in combination with a wide temperature-area. The product contains in addition to corrosion-preventing and water-repellant components also microscopic solid lubricating particles. These particles are inert, have a very low friction-coefficient and withstand very high pressures, thus preventing metal to metal contacts when the lubrication is not longer sufficient. The solid lubricating particles can be considered as a mild and non toxic EP-additive. The additive-package prevents optimal wear, corrosion and water-ingression.
